How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply go to our website and select the product you’d like to purchase. From there, you’ll be able to customize your product and upload any images or additional details you’d like us to include. Once you’ve completed your order, our team will get to work creating your unique piece of art.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each piece of art is custom-made, processing times can vary. On average, you can expect your order to be shipped within 7-10 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. This is because each piece of artwork is custom-made and cannot be altered once it’s in progress.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece of art is custom-made, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on the art itself. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. However, shipping times and fees may vary depending on your location.
Can I order multiple products with the same artwork?
Absolutely! You can order multiple products with the same artwork.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed/cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. Due to the custom nature of the artwork, after that time, we are unable to change, cancel or refund your order.
How do I know what size to order for clothing items?
We have sizing charts available on our website for each clothing item we offer. Be sure to check the chart before placing your order to ensure the best fit. We suggest going one size up from your normal size in case of any shrinking.
How do I care for my printed products?
Care instructions will vary depending on the product. Please refer to the care instructions provided with your order for best practices.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
What if I’m not happy with my artwork?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your artwork, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
